i ask sis for jogging...she shock when i say something like that!it is because such plan will never come out from my mouth especially wake up early in the morning to go for jogging...hehe...

when my alarm ring at 7am,i'm really dont want to wake up.i off my alrm and keep on sleeping.but,when my sis wake me up,i'm still pretending to sleep!i really dont want to wake up la...so lazy!!evil and angle fight each other!finally my angle told me that i have to wake up to exercise..lol....we went to shah alam for jogging.is a very big park,is beautiful there!!after that,we go to PJ for breakfast.but the food we want to eat not open..so disppointed...
when get back home...after finish reading newspaper,i take a nap la...so sleepy!
emm......after wake up..so headache.... >.<... then,i have to prepare myself to having dinner with sis fren..is raining very heavy out ther!!actually is dress well already,but when go out from home,is become wet la....sian.....
but...enjoy my dinner la...is buffer at hotel.... =)
